📍 Location & Access. Our property is conveniently located near the Susquehanna River, hiking trails, wineries, breweries, fishing spots, and local parks. Detailed directions and check-in instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, depending on availability.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance. Our homes are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. For longer visits, mid-stay cleanings can be arranged in advance.

🔧 On-Site Services. Our team is available throughout your stay for any maintenance needs or questions. Please contact us and we’ll respond promptly.

🐾 Pets. We love pets—but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests: Pets are welcome only in the Guest House with prior approval. No pets are allowed in the Main House. A fee will apply for unauthorized animals.

♻️ Sustainability. We are committed to keeping our retreat eco-friendly. Please follow our recycling guidelines and avoid unnecessary waste. Every small effort helps preserve this beautiful setting.

🔐 Safety & Security. For your peace of mind: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are installed in both homes. First Aid kits are provided. Please always lock all doors when leaving the property.
