Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to offer flexibility while also managing the preparation that goes into each stay.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Full Refund – Cancel 30 days or more before check-in to receive a full refund.
• 50% Refund – Cancel between 15 and 29 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund – Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.

Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change. Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
