🚗 Parking Do not park on the grass or lawn. During snow, park on the left side of the driveway to allow for snow removal.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling – Please Read Carefully

We have limited curbside service and wildlife in the area, so: Do not leave trash bags outside overnight. Use 13-gallon kitchen drawstring bags only. Sort waste into the correct bins: Green bin: Regular trash (limit: 7 bags per stay) Yellow bin: Recycling (limit: 3 bags per stay – must recycle) All bags must be tightly sealed and placed into the 96-gallon containers at the curb. $100 fee applies for excess trash or failure to recycle.

Need to dispose of extra garbage? EIO Waste & Recycling 5312 PA-309, Harveys Lake, PA Open: Weekdays 8am–3:45pm | Weekends 8am–1pm Fee: $4 per 30-gallon black bag

🏠 House Rules No smoking indoors or inside the sauna No confetti inside the homes No shoes inside the houses or on the trampoline Pets are allowed in the Guest House only No pets in the Main House ($200+ cleaning fee for violations) No loud noise outside after 10 PM – please respect our neighbors

🔥 Fire Safety Firepit and fireplaces are available to enjoy anytime. Please use caution.

🧼 Before Checkout Load the dishwasher and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink Turn pool heater OFF at night and before checkout Cover and lock the hot tub after use to protect the equipment

🛝 Amenities & Safety Children must be supervised at the pool, playground, and trampoline at all times.
