Guest Information & House Guidelines

We’re so glad to have you. Please take a moment to review the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

🚗 Parking Do not park on the grass or lawn. During snow, park on the left side of the driveway to allow for snow removal.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling – Please Read Carefully

We have limited curbside service and wildlife in the area. Do not leave trash bags outside overnight due to small wild animals. Use 13-gallon kitchen drawstring bags only. Sort waste into the correct bins: Green bin: Regular trash.  Yellow bin: Recycling ( must recycle).  All bags must be tightly sealed and placed into the 96-gallon containers at the curb. $100 fee applies for excess trash or failure to recycle.

Open: Weekdays 8am–3:45pm | Weekends 8am–1pm 

🏠 House Rules. No smoking indoors or inside the sauna. No confetti inside the homes. Please take your shoes off inside the house and trampoline. Pets are allowed in the Guest House only. No pets in the Main House (unless otherwise agreed).  Please respect our neighbors - avoid loud noise outside after 10 PM.

🔥 Fire Safety Firepit and fireplaces are available to enjoy anytime. Please use caution.

🧼 Before Checkout. Load the dishwasher and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Turn pool heater OFF at night and before checkout. Cover and lock the hot tub after use to protect the equipment.

🛝 Amenities & Safety. Children must be supervised at the pool, playground, and trampoline at all times.

First Aid Kit is located under the kitchen sink.
